I really don’t how to begin..I have nothing but high praises for the services I received. I would highly recommend Broadway Carpet.Not once but twice they have provided the best service. I had a house fire in October, and needed flooring replaced. My salesman was Matt Welden, and He had so much patience with me. CJ took the time to come measure. Like most situations, I had to wait on the insurance and I often found myself getting a little teary going through the process. So much had to be done but yet they waited patiently. The gentleman that installed my carpet was neat and cleaned up after his install. Left my baseboards intact and caused no damage. I was always greeted by “ Miss America,” the lady up front. Matt communicated and stood ready unlike the horrible experience I had with another flooring company. Thank you so much for getting me through some of the roughest days. Broadway always! Broadway Carpets recently replaced all the carpet in our home. We chose them based on excellent past experience and their strong reviews on Google. The showroom experience was great. We worked with Donna who has many years experience and could help steer us through the maze of options. She gave us great advice based on the parameters we gave her for our budget and how we use the rooms. We chose a Shaw product because Broadway gets favorable pricing from the manufacturer due to their volume of business. Our 3-person installation crew was lead by Ricky and they did an awesome job on both the installation and the moving of some large, heavy furniture items. They were able to do the complete job in two and a half days which meant minimum disruption to our lives. They were very friendly and felt like family while they were working in our home. We are very happy with the final product and the price was extremely competitive.....well within our budget. If you need carpet or other flooring products this is the place to go.
